Description

The Beginners Masterclass provides instruction on dough-making techniques and an overview of every ingredient utilization. Over three days, participants will practice making 50 pizzas daily in a professional oven, honing their skills in dough rolling and more.

Participants will engage in:

1 Dough making technique.

Practice making 50 pizzas in a professional oven everyday.

Learn how to open and roll dough balls, and how to top and cook the pizza.
